If you love collecting memories (and a little ink along the way), the Passport to Your National Parks program is a must.
This program is exactly what it sounds like—a passport-style book where you collect cancellation stamps from national park sites across the country. Each park has its own unique stamp, usually found at visitor centers, and it’s completely free to participate (aside from purchasing the book if you want one).
We always make it a point to find the stamp wherever we go—it’s a fun little ritual that marks each adventure with Juniper. Over time, your passport becomes a scrapbook of everywhere you’ve explored.
If you’re someone who loves tracking your travels, this is such a simple and rewarding way to do it.
Tip: Check out the National Park Travelers Club for access to a master database of current, bonus, and retired stamps. You can also hop over to my mini blog about the club for more details.
Have you started your passport yet? Let me know your favorite park stamp so far—or where you’re planning to get your first!
